1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Courier Services
​
All orders placed with Fito Plus are shipped via BobGo using their approved courier network. By placing an order, the customer agrees to BobGo’s delivery terms in addition to the terms set out herein.

1.2 Dispatch & Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier availability, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

1.3 Shipping Fees
​
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s delivery address. All courier charges are non-refundable.

1.4 Risk of Loss
​
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon collection by the courier. Fito Plus is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services; however, we will assist customers in submitting courier claims where applicable.

2. Returns Policy
​
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
​
Customers may request a return within 7 (seven) days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The product must be in a resalable condition.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used products

Damaged products not caused during courier transit

Sale, clearance, or promotional items

2.3 Return Process
​
To initiate a return, the customer must send a written request to:

Reason for return
Upon review, Fito Plus will provide return instructions and the return address. No goods may be returned until such instructions have been issued.

2.4 Inspection & Refunds
​
Refunds are only processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by Fito Plus. If the product is found to be opened, used, or not in resalable condition, the return will be rejected and the customer will be required to arrange collection at their own cost.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
