All products are subject to availability. Should an item become unavailable after purchase, Fito Plus will notify the customer and provide an alternative solution, including a refund or replacement product.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices may change without prior notice; however, products will be charged at the price displayed at the time of checkout.

3.2 Payment

Orders are only processed once full payment has been received.
All payments are handled through secure third-party payment gateways.
Fito Plus does not store or have access to customer banking details.

4. Fulfilment & Delivery

4.1 Courier Services

​

All deliveries are handled through BobGo, utilising their authorised courier network. Customers agree to BobGo’s delivery terms in addition to this policy.

4.2 Delivery Timeframes

​

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days following dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

4.3 Shipping Charges

 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout according to the customer’s address. All courier charges are non-refundable.

4.4 Transfer of Risk

​

Risk and responsibility for products transfer to the customer once the courier collects the parcel from Fito Plus.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Eligibility

​

Customers may request a return within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The product is in resalable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • The return has been approved in writing by Fito Plus prior to shipment.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Damaged goods not caused during transit

  • Sale or promotional items

5.3 Inspection & Refunds

Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval. If the product does not meet return criteria, the return will be rejected and the customer must arrange collection at their own cost.

Products are designed for normal household use. Customers must follow the instructions on each product label.

6.2 Liability

Fito Plus accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, adverse reaction, or claim arising from the use or misuse of any product sold on this website. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Skin irritation, allergic reactions, or sensitivities resulting from personal-care products (e.g., roll-on, mouthwash).

  • Damage to surfaces, fabrics, appliances, or equipment caused by incorrect application or failure to follow instructions.

  • Use of products on incompatible materials, including but not limited to stone, metals, plastics, or treated surfaces.

  • Incorrect dilution, mixing, or combining products with other chemicals or detergents.

  • Failure to test products on a small, inconspicuous area prior to full use.

  • Use of probiotic or enzyme-based products outside their intended purpose or in conditions that affect product performance (e.g., extreme temperatures, contaminated containers, hard water, or mixing with bleach/chemicals).

  • Use of products beyond their recommended shelf life or after improper storage.

  • Any harm or damage resulting from ignoring product warnings, usage directions, or safety guidelines.

Customers acknowledge the following by purchasing from Fito Plus:

  • All bodies and surfaces react differently, and results may vary.

  • Natural products may contain essential oils, plant extracts, probiotics, or enzymes that may cause sensitivity in certain individuals.

  • Products must be kept out of reach of children and pets.

  • Products are not intended for ingestion unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Customers assume full responsibility for determining whether a product is suitable for their specific needs, allergies, or home environment.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Fito Plus’ total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
